pelican-twitchy updated to 1.2.0

pelican-twitchy just got updated to 1.2.0. A short changelog:

• cleanup of unused template sections
• fix errors when RECENT_POST_COUNT was not set
• cleanup footer section
• don’t load comments_script if DISQUS is not enabled
• and finally: add a description of all settings to README.md
